Hardware Issues

Adapters: If your system is not charging it may be the adapter. The branch can provide an adapter for testing. If you are using a universal adapter it may not be compatible.

Battery: Not charging or holding a charge, this is not a repair issue for help desk. Replacement batteries can be obtained on TNET on the IT Purchasing Portal.

Blue Screen / System 32: A hard drive malfunction or corruption has caused the HD to fail or require a re-image.
